  1. When logging in, my emails should be default

    I would like to be able to log in, click on emails, and click on Drafts and have my emails pop up instead of all emails for our account. Every time I would navigate away from the drafts i need to go to the dropdown and select My Drafts, or My sent emails.

  2. remove identification

    On an SPA, there needs to be away to remove identification of User because there may not be a page refresh to change it.

  3. Filter on the column titles

    Filter on each of the columns so that I can look at a specific range of suggestions. Ex. All suggestions above 'X' MRR or within a certain created timeframe.

  4. Allow admins to set up a duplicate domain.

    Today would have been a perfect demonstration of my request. We have 365 linked to our domain, however we aren't the MAIN admins of the account. We want to setup another office 365 account using the same domain name then copy ALL existing accounts from the first to the second domain account and then tell the company administrating 365 that we are done with them. Obviously we can't nor do we want to run the two together.

  6. Not have Azure AD Connect overwrite cloud

    We had lost some distribution groups recently. It would be nice to have a warning or a workaround to not overwrite cloud-only list when an on-prem user or group matches the one on Office 365/Azure AD. Some of our OU was supposed to be filtered when we worked with a Microsoft engineer.
    Since our up-to-date distribution lists got overwritten by older lists from our on-prem AD and Microsoft does not back up groups on the cloud, we had to create all our lost distribution list from scratch.

  7. Support special characters in email addresses

    Some admins and end-users have email addresses which contain special characters like the "umlaut" or accented vowels. Currently, these addresses cannot be used in ZenRep.

    Automatic notification when ideas hit certain thresholds in terms of vote count, average votes, etc.

    The settings are reset to default when you log out from the account.

  10. Microsoft Login option for Sign-In

    Thank you for providing login with Google and facebook.
    However, it's a bit bizarre to be providing feedback on Microsoft products and discover that you can't login with a Microsoft ID.
    Please could you include Microsoft ID login as an option.

  12. Offer limited Surveys and NPS access on Starter Bundle

    On the starter bundle you don't have access to tools like NPS or Survey. When a product is just launching and the company is trying to engage users for feedback, having access to Survey and NPS at a limited rate would be helpful. Without these options, simply waiting to get feedback doesn't warrant the $199 a month price.

  13. Make the Widget Popover Dismissible

    Is it possible to add an attribute to make the widget popover dismissible if the user clicks outside the content in the popover (e.g. anywhere else on the webpage)? Something like they do with the bootstrap popover: http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#popovers.

  14. Do not search prepositions in moderation

    When trying to moderate, do not search for prepositions. At least not within other words. As an example if I have "an" in the search it should not pull in "cancellation" because "an" is in the word.

  15. Customer messages in Slack can be easily sent to ZenRep

    We have a public channel in slack for our customer community. We can use the sidebar to capture messages on top of the Slack web client, but we would also like to be able to use it in the desktop client.

    Linking users to meta data such as what browser the user is on and other statistics on how they're engaging

    When I create a label from the "tag" icon directly on an idea, the text I type should populate through to the next screen.

  20. Sidebar is blocked by some websites

    When visiting some webpages, if the user clicks the bookmark for the sidebar, nothing happens.
