Be able to export User and Account Traits
User and Account traits give admins valuable data, and it would be even more valuable if it was possible to export those traits as well.
2 votesZenRep has several new export options to help you better analyze messages and users.
- You can now export a list of users almost anywhere in ZenRep – the main users list, users on a message, or in an account. The export includes all the information that we have about the user, including their custom fields, accounts, and location.

Generate a sitemap file for forums
We retake an idea that we consider basic for SEO results and rankings in web search motors:
We have ZenRep setup on a subdomain of my site. It would be great if http://feedback.mydomain.com/sitemap.xml produced a valid sitemap of my forum content so that I could submit it to google web master tools. However it does not, the sitemap.xml contains urls for www.ZenRep.com

VOIP / Phone Integration
It would be wonderful to be able to also have a VOIP integration in ZenRep. This would complete most types of customer contact and would allow for usage of just ZenRep in customer contact.

Make it possible to copy ideas to another forum to allow for release planning prioritization
We would like to invite people, a sub community, to participate in release planning. As part of this, we would like to present them with a subset of the ideas from the large community forum (and maybe some 'interal' ideas as well). We would not want to move ideas from the large community forum since that could make people in the large community forum confused. We would like to copy ideas, preferably including any discussions and attached files if possible. However, we would not want to copy their votes. We would like to start fresh in the sub community forum.

Ability to subscribe any email address to the Daily Digest email
Currently, only a user (admin) can subscribe to the daily digest, but there are members of my team who do not have (or need) accounts but would like to see a summary of the tickets that are being created. I need the ability to subscribe people or distribution lists to the daily digest via an email address. This is a core functionality we have used very heavily with OpinionLab.

Surveys should collect user data
A few customers have expressed a desire to see the ZenRep widget mode apply votes to ideas when they are chosen over others. We'd like to get your feedback on this. And would you prefer to a vote only applied when they pick an idea over another, or pick and state "I want this"?

Filter dashboard stats by date range
The one item I thought I would see in the beta reports was customizable reporting on how much activity we see to the site (not just tickets). The number of visits is reported on the main dashboard page, but you can't filter the date range (it just shows you a running month, which isn't really helpful for historical reporting purposes). I have found the information on tickets by week, but I'd love to also be able to report on how many people (we think) are using the site to find answers, not just submit tickets.
Purpose: I'd like to be…

Export a list of users and their ideas/votes/comments
You can export a list of users. You can export a list of ideas. But you can't export a list of users with their ideas/comments and votes. It would be super helpful if we could see a list of users, and the ideas each user supports.

Salesforce Gadget: Be able to query an email domain for the account data in Salesforce
Right now the SFDC gadget pulls in information from SFDC based on the user's email address. It would be great if you could pull this information in based just on the email domain.
For example, a user at a company may write in. They might not be in SFDC but their company is. Seeing that account information in ZenRep would be super helpful for agents.

Why don’t you improve the WYSIWYG editor as every todays basic HTML editor has?
Why don’t you at least implement the font size changeable in the WYSIWYG editor as every todays basic HTML editor has?
Every webmail editor supports that today, so I don’t understand why you don’t support that.
As well I can’t even underline something – this is absolutely the must have for not HTML editing:
- font size not supported
- font colour not supported
- underline not supported - if I press “Ctrl-U” I get
italic writing even).
- bold supported
- italic supported
- bullet points supported
nice to have - can be done in a different way:

Add Gmail Integration for the Calendar
It would be great if we could sync our Gmail account so that our Calendar and messages were synced directly to Z2. I love ZenRep but this is one area where I feel it could really improve!

Add Pivotal Tracker integration
Right now there's no easy way to integrate with Pivotal Tracker without having to build your own external code to make the integration work.
The integration built by the third party only works with PHP and some admins have had trouble getting it to work even then!
It would be great if y'all released your own integration, so that we can easily integrate with Pivotal Tracker whether we use PHP, Ruby on Rails etc....

Integrate with Intercom
It would be great to integrate with Intercom so that I can better keep track of all user interactions. I have separate conversations with registered users on Intercom and ZenRep, which can get a little confusing.
I love how ZenRep keeps track of the users' actions (votes, comments, etc.) but having the ability to align that with the community messages and interactions I am having on the Intercom platform would be amazing.

Send auto-reply email to users who submit feedback (email receipts)
Add option to give users automatic email notifications when they submit a new idea through ZenRep feedback tool. Basically just a "thank you" message that users receive automatically after they send in an idea.
ZenRep Helpdesk tool offers it, we'd like to see it added to feedback.

Integrate with segment.io to simplify javascript installation and get more events
Not only would integrating with segment.io make the adoption of ZenRep easier, you would also allow marketing people to make the decision without having to bother the engineering folks.
One barrier removed.
Also, we use a number of monitoring apps for which we create server side events (such as the revenue data you would need for your MRR / LTV reports). We push those events through segment.io as I would guess most other segment.io users do.
Without the integration I'm wondering whether I really need that data in ZenRep.
With the integration, I'd just flip the ZenRep switch in segment.io,…1 vote
