Confusion on where "Their Message" field shows up in ZenRep
It is not obvious where I will find the text provided in the "Their Message" field. Why doesn't it show up on the portal?

Display KB articles in search when in a forum
When searching a particular forum, include KB results as well to make a similar search experience.

Articles to be per user
Allow notes to be private to the ZenRep teams using the tool, and not display on the customer responses.
Allow articles to be per account as well as share. That would make it so much simpler to keep track of your own quick replies.

Filter should have 'and' logic as default
To reduce the number ideas filtered by search, the keywords should be applied with 'and' logic by default.
At the moment, the number of findings increases if you add more key words.
But to make ZenRep a success, it's important to reduce the number of findings to come out with max 10-20 search results to allow the user to find already existing ones for voting instead of entering a new one.
If the search result exceeds 20+, it would be to time consuming for checking all the results and as result, ZenRep would end-up with redundant requests (idea) as in…1 vote -
Restrict widget implementation to specific URls
This would make it such that an implemented widget can only function on a predetermined web URl or domain.

I do not want to provide a particular user. I might just know it came from an account but not the user in particular.

Decrease the effort to create a saved view
Make it quicker to create a saved view. It currently takes too many clicks to decide what I want to see, find and add the label to those ideas and then save the view

Custom HTML Editor Improvements
Improve the editor that is provided when working with custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
The current editor isn't that great and you need to work in a separate tool and then copy/paste.

Lock tickets to a rep
I work on regular customer tickets and tickets requesting Setup Calls. It would be nice if there were some way to "lock" the setup calls so that when I go off duty, any customer comments for that ticket stay in my box instead of being reassigned to the Unassigned folder.

Provide an error message to indicate that an email address you are trying to invite is already an admin, instead of "Error inviting users!":

Exact time stamps on ideas and comments
I cane see that this suggestion exists (2008, 2011..) and is marked as Status:Completed. However, we really lack this feature!? We need to see the axect time when an end user have posted the idea/suggestion/bug report. We need to see it in both end user view and in Admin view. We collect feedback on pilot versions of our service, and to be able to trouble shoot and assist the pilot user (acting as a customer) and learn from the feedback, we need to compare to our monitoring systems. Allow end users to unsubcribe from email notifications with one click from the email
Right now, when you click "unsubscribe" on one of our email notifications, it takes you to the web portal notification settings.
This requires you to login.
It would be better if you could click "unsubscribe" and be globally unsubscribed from notifications for that ZenRep subdomain, without having to login again.

Option to sort merge suggestions by vote count
Often new ideas are just duplicates of very popular ideas, and often popular ideas use very common terms. If we could sort merge search results by vote count, it would save a lot of time (note: this is a bit of a workaround since search does not support common search operators).
