  10. "Export current dataset" in excel

    It used to be that I could export and get a link to different file types. Excel seems to be taken away, unless you're exporting data from the Settings panel.

    CSV opens a browser tab of unreadable information. Not super helpful.

  11. Visually organized Help Doc

    Could you do something where you show a screen shot and when I point to it it shows me the relevant help. for example I set up the colors for categories and for the life of me I can't find where I change those colors. It's driving me insane. I have been opening up each setting. but if you had a page and I could point to the label and it said where you change it that would be rad.

    Change column order for feedback views. Currently I need always to scroll to the right to get to the created column. The others inbetween are interesting but I need that one to be one of the first I see.

  15. Respect Search Operators (And, Or, Quotes, + and -)

    It's very frustrating to put in two search words and have ideas come up with only one of the terms before ideas that have both terms.

    For example, if I searched for "Morning Commute" I'll get results that only have "Morning" before results that have both "Morning" and "Commute". Or if I want to find only "Evening Commute" results, I'd like to be able to exclude results that have the word "Morning".

    This is a large problem when many of our ideas involve phrases where one word is extremely common, and the other word is used in multiple concepts. Being…

  17. VSO integration work with multiple VSO accounts

    With the VSO integration you can only set up the integration with a single VSO account. However, if you have a ZenRep account that gathers content for multiple products, it's very likely you will have multiple VSO accounts.

    Ideally, you would be able to set up the integration in ZenRep with multiple VSO accounts, so each content team can push topics to their own VSO instance.
