Add Google Translate webpage gadget
Our software supports multiple languages and Instead of us writing all content in multiple languages, an easy way of adding support for multiple languages would be to implement a Google Translate webpage gadget.
This way an automatic user language detection function and a way for user to easily choose a different language would be implemented with just a single line of code.

add a timestamp field to the votes API
The private API gives a created at field for suggestions and comments.
It would be useful for us to also have a timestamp for each vote.
This would allow us to get a sense of trending suggestions.
If you're storing this data, it would be trivial to add :-)

Add more helpful docs about getting users from the API
To get users with the API, you have to use one of our trusted clients, and be logged in as an admin. We could make this much clearer in our docs!

Elegant linking between native views of KB articles in the app
As it is now, to add links between articles in the admin you have to clumsily paste in a URL. In the app, these links load the browser version and look terrible.
You should let us create article-to-article links that don't break the experience.

Open links in articles in a browser view
Currently, when browsing articles, links inside of KB articles open inside the mobile SDK. This is problematic because there’s no in-app browser navigation – and links to websites are probably best viewed in a dedicated browser.
In addition, it would be nice if links to other KB articles were shown in their native SDK format instead of the web view.

Increase per_page limits for v2 API Calls
V2 API calls are limited to 100 results per_page, which can make it tricky when pulling large amounts of data.
Increasing the limit to 500 results perpage or 1,000 results perpage, would reduce the calls a developer needs to make, and make things more efficient.

Multilanguage FAQ
Add multilanguage and multibrand support. We now have to manually build our FAQ since we need it in multiple languages.

Add ability to insert app-aware review request link in responses
When I've had a good support interaction, I'd like to end with a request that they write a review. We have 22 apps on 3 platforms (for a total of 66 apps), and it would be nice if I didn't have to manually insert the correct review link for each app.
The way I imagine the feature working is similar to Canned Responses. In Settings, we would write the default language for requesting a review, including a link. Then when we're writing our response, we click on a Request Review link (next to Canned Responses), which would insert the default…

Support for Cordova-based Android apps
There is a Cordova plugin for the iOS SDK but none for Android. I would like to have an Android Cordova plugin, or even better, a cross-platform plugin supporting both Android and iOS.

Add Satisfaction widget to Mobile SDKs
Currently, the only way to prompt for satisfaction is the Javascript widget; the satisfaction widget can't be embedded using the Mobile SDKs.
