  1. Not everyone wants to use words like "Message Us", "Archive", or "Email" on their ZenRep site - allow customizations of at least the major titles and buttons on user-facing web pages.

  2. We have set a limit of 2 users per customer, however, we have customers requesting that a read only user be created. Is there any plans to allow settings against a user to be changed to allow 'read-only' user with no content creation rights?

  3. If I want to see or leave a comment, I have to click into the idea. It would be more user-friendly to be able to comment or view comments Facebook-style from the portal page and load them with javascript at least.

  5. I need better search capabilities when searching for users. It appears I can only search by their name or the beginning of their e-mail address. I need to be able to find matches for any part of the name. I need to be able to find matches for domain name (example: trekbikes.com)

  7. When someone comments on an idea, other users should be allowed to mark that comment as a "good point". Comments that have been liked by other users would be placed near the top of the comments. This would allow for useful feedback on suggestions to be more visible.

  8. Every time I send out invitations I replace the standard text with my own. It's nice that I can replace it with my own. It would be even nicer if I could store my own text and it would come up as the default when sending invitations.

  9. You should make the full-service option 'white-labled' and have aliased urls for both feedback and helpdesk. If that was possible I'd purchase, that's what is holding me back.

    example:
    feedback.mysite.com for feedback (with no ZenRep branding anywhere)
    help.mysite.com for helpdesk (with no ZenRep branding anywhere)

    A fully customizable look, so it's fully integrated within my site.

  12. Allow image attachments to be rendered inline with the user's comments (not just displayed as a link to a new page). This is a piggyback to the more import enhancement - "Allow users to add attachments"

  15. With the new ZenRep login screen, a regression was introduced where password management tools (such as the Mac OS X keychain) can no longer be used to automatically fill in the username and password.

    Due to past identify theft issues, I now have a different, random, 20-character password for every single website on the Internet, so allowing the Keychain to automatically fill in password forms is a huge benefit to me since I can't remember any of the 513 passwords stored in my Keychain!

  16. Would love to have threaded messages so users can reply specifically to a message already posted - then that conversation becomes a branch you can expand or close depending on your interest.

  17. There's no easy way to see which private forums a user has access to. Right now, the admin has to go to each forum and see if the user has access to it.

  18. Provide the ability for admins to take an idea that was submitted and split it into two.
    The reason is because sometimes someone posts an idea that consists of two aspects, that to us, are two different ideas. Lets say we already have one feature they ask for but not another, we cannot assign the statuses to the requests properly.
    When splitting, just let us pick what description text and title to put in the new ticket. I realize splitting will cost the voter more votes, but if the workaround to avoid that is let us close one of the…

  20. When a new user signs up, pull their avatar from either the 3rd-part profile they sign up with (already done), or with Gravatar (already done), but then allow the user to update their avatar however they like.

    People sometimes sign in with Facebook and then don't want their goofy Facebook photo on Zenrep.

    People who want to be anonymous but have a Gravatar acount get their photos added to their profile.
