Exporting ideas, should include a hyperlink to the actual idea
When you export a list of ideas, it would be helpful if the export included a link to the actual ideas. This way if you're reviewing the export with your team, you can quickly get to that idea (vs. having to go to the forum, search for the idea and then open it up).

Admins can @mention people in comments to notify them
To help facilitate communication, allow admins to @mention people on ideas in comments to ensure they know they’re being addressed (and provide a sure way to notify them of the comment).

Be able to set admins notification settings on their behalf
So they are already setup in ZenRep when they login to receive the proper notifications of tickets, and there isn't room for error.

User has more than one email address, but there's no way to connect them to the same profile
User has more than one email address, but in ZenRep, you can only have 1 email per user.
So if the user uses a different email address, it doesn't pull in their tickets, ideas, votes they created with their other email.
This makes it hard for agents to get a clear view of the user, their history etc...

Be able to export ideas, their comments, votes and users in one file
Right now, when you export data on a forum, ideas come in one file, comments come in another, and then if you want everything in the same report, you have to copy and paste between the exports, match up comments etc...
So if you're trying to report on ideas and their activity to users outside of ZenRep, it's very hard.

Be able to segment suggestion supporters by their OS/device and browser/version
When viewing an idea you would be able to see say 15 Mac users, 10 Windows users, 5 Android users and 8 iOS users requested this idea. This would give you more information on seeing what types of users want a particular idea.

Be able to add two or more email addresses when you "add response" to a message
I had a call with a customer and multiple members of their team. I need to add their responses to the messages.
But there were two people who wanted to be subscribed, so I had to "add responses" twice, so both would be notified.
What would be cool (and save time) is if I had the ability to add two email addresses in the email field, so I didn't have to post the exact same response twice.

Display the total count of ideas, comments, and votes each user has in a list of users
In addition to the karma score, show the number of ideas, comments, and votes spent / remaining per user in the forum>>users listing as well as the associated export.
Mock-up attached.
Now this information is available per user, but that is tedious to review.
Having this info at the aggregate level helps admins to know:
1) how healthy or biased the interaction is (few people writing a lot, or a lot of people writing a little)
2) who are the top contributors in terms of volume
3) how many users have reached their voting limit2 votes -
Widget option to include screenshot by default
We have to ask users to send us a screenshot a lot when responding to their first bug report or feedback. And generally we find the bug quicker even if we manage without it.

Be able to push Satisfaction ratings to SFDC
Satisfaction Ratings give you valuable insight on a user. Being able to push the rating to Salesforce gives your sales team and team members in Salesforce that additional insight.

Be able to export User and Account Traits
User and Account traits give admins valuable data, and it would be even more valuable if it was possible to export those traits as well.
2 votesZenRep has several new export options to help you better analyze messages and users.
- You can now export a list of users almost anywhere in ZenRep – the main users list, users on a message, or in an account. The export includes all the information that we have about the user, including their custom fields, accounts, and location.

Better Type Styling (more options in the WYSIWYG editor.)
When drafting a new Article I (as an Admin) want better text styling features in order to make the information more understandable to my end-user. See sample attached...
I also want to be able to apply header styles and paragraph styles to larger bodies of text quickly. See Google Docs as a good reference. Right now the only options is to paste and retain formatting, or to remove all styles from the text.
I would also want to set my own custom header styles and save them for all admins to use in the admin publishing console.

Sort ideas by status into a de-facto roadmap
Here's the idea:
The first page a user sees when visiting a ZenRep page isn't a list of ideas that may or may not have been accepted by the administrators sorted by vote, what they see instead is this:
Ideas that have been started, then
Ideas that have been accepted, then
Ideas that are under review, then
Ideas that have been completedThen on a completely separate page: Ideas sorted descending by votes that are not completed, accepted, under review, started, or declined (basically an upcoming ideas list).
You know what I'd call this? A public facing roadmap without ETA…

Reports for end-users
When groups of users meet, they sometimes would like to review what has been submitted offline. Provide the ability for a user to apply a filter to ideas, and to then print a nicely formatted PDF report of that grouping.

Make the idea description text box bigger
When entering a lengthy description, it's hard to get an overview of what you wrote because the text box is so small and doesn't expand. You have to scroll and are only able to see a few lines of text at a time.
