Export user activity
As an administrator/care advocate, I would like to export all of a user's activity (comments, votes, ideas) so that I can share this history with our support team & CSMs and determine how best to meet this client's need.

Disable the bulk invitation option if a private forum has not been created yet.
You are able to paste in email address and click 'send invitations' even though no private forum has been created. This should be disabled or the admin should have to choose the forum they want to invite users to in order to be able to invite others to join the forum.

Collect additional data with widget
Would like to be able to be able to customize the widget to have the user submit additional data outside of their suggestion to pass with the suggestion.

Add more "No customer activity" filters
Please add the following filters to the Suggestions Customer Activity filter:
-No customer activity in the last 30 days
-No customer activity in the last 60 daysOr something similar. 90 days is very useful, but we have too many incoming ideas, would like to clean it out more aggressively using this filter.

Confusion between the Users Section with the Users & Permissions section in Settings
As an admin, it seems that for me to manage any kind of users, I would go to the user Icon in the tool bar on the left. Here I an see admin users and their role (although it does not show if their access has been revoke). It is not obvious that I need to go to Settings and then Users & Permissions to manage my internal users (admins, contributors, support)

Email internal team member when content changes
A customer-facing employee has captured a message from a customer. That employee would like to know when that message's status changes. Then the employee can reach out to the customer to give them an update.

remember email selection when doing a merge/updating status/etc
Remember the previously selected email address per option for an admin. So I do not always have to select my option when doing an item that will notify subscribers.

Be able to set who a private message is from
When messaging in private, I do not want my name to show. I want the message to be from the company with a no-reply address.

Show the +/- of the NPS over Time
I have looked at a few different ways to do this, but is it possible that we could see the NPS score average over time as a + or - that dips below and above the baseline? I have a request for the reports I generate to see how this looks over the course of a month on a daily basis, so they can see the ups and downs of the NPS throughout a 30 or so day period. Something similar to the attached.

Have your columns selections in a forum persist even after you log out
The settings are reset to default when you log out from the account.

allow API access to specific forums only.
I'm attempting to setup an integration between ZenRep and Zapier to use in product management software. My company uses separate forums for different products, but as a product manager, I only care about one forum. The API brings in messages for ALL topics, which makes the integration worthless.

personal views should have separate summary mails with distinct titles
I have some personal views set up. When something changes, I get a daily summary, but the subject of the mail is just "daily summary" so
a) it's impossible to tell it apart from the other daily summary of status updates, suggestions, and comments and
b) it's all lumped together. I would like to be able to send the list to the entire feature team that owns the area. They aren't admins and don't need to be.
I would like each personal view to send an update with a title like "Daily Summary for Reporting, Aug 4, 2016" and "Daily…1 vote -

Offer limited Surveys and NPS access on Starter Bundle
On the starter bundle you don't have access to tools like NPS or Survey. When a product is just launching and the company is trying to engage users for feedback, having access to Survey and NPS at a limited rate would be helpful. Without these options, simply waiting to get feedback doesn't warrant the $199 a month price.

Allow copying of images from one article to another
When copying content from one article to another, images hosted by ZenRep break for outside users. Why can't these stay linked? It is a pain to re-upload all the images, and often I don't even know they are broken as they look fine to me as a logged in user.

Retain previous message in text box when updating statuses
Change the status of a message, and write a response
On the same message, update the status to a new one
What happens: a new message box will open up, but doesn't contain the text of the last status update message

Improve label queries
Right now the query is throwing an "or" statement and not and "and" statement, which is not giving the results needed. Customer wants to see ideas that are in one label and also in another.
