VOIP / Phone Integration
It would be wonderful to be able to also have a VOIP integration in ZenRep. This would complete most types of customer contact and would allow for usage of just ZenRep in customer contact.

Email notifications for all new Satisfaction Ratings
Provide email alerts on all user satisfaction ratings (not just the ones where someone comments).

Why don’t you improve the WYSIWYG editor as every todays basic HTML editor has?
Why don’t you at least implement the font size changeable in the WYSIWYG editor as every todays basic HTML editor has?
Every webmail editor supports that today, so I don’t understand why you don’t support that.
As well I can’t even underline something – this is absolutely the must have for not HTML editing:
- font size not supported
- font colour not supported
- underline not supported - if I press “Ctrl-U” I get
italic writing even).
- bold supported
- italic supported
- bullet points supported

Knowledge Base (Help Center) Widget
have a new option for the help widget which does not have the feedback or contact us selection. Therefore it acts as a help page. This would be handy as if you did not have the resource to mange numerous help requests. The customer could still contact you by placing an email address within a help article

Manually add votes
As an admin, I would like to be able to manually add votes to certain ideas. Often, we get emails or other messages from users. We ask them to go in and vote for ideas, but, if they don't, I'd like to be able to add votes manually so as to accurately capture the number of users that want an idea. Thanks!

Invite users to a private forum via API
I see that you can create/update users through the API, but I do not see a means of inviting non-existing users to a private forum.
Use case:
Company has a non-public forum for product suggestions. Clients are often sent invitations to this private forum if they have not been given access yet.

Be able to import multiple comments with messages
Right now you can import messages, and even the users who sent the messages, but there's no way to import comments. However, comments are part of the discussion, and you need to be able to add them too.

Support HTML formatting in forum welcome message
Right now the Forum welcome message only supports textile formatting. It would be great if it support HTML formatting, like the site welcome message does.

It would be nice to provide the option of authentication to this site with one's Microsoft Live ID, especially considering you offer Google authentication.

Add traditional discussion rooms for public questions and answers
The current "feedback" mechanism is good for messaging, but not great for users asking each other for help.
I'd like to allow/encourage our users to post support questions that they can help each other resolve (similar to how ZenDesk and Assistly do it)

enable live collaboration
it would be great to design for live collaboration. uservoice can be used in a variety of settings for collaborative problem solving, well beyond collecting feedback. Would be great to have a chat, the list of people currently using the system, to give a greater sense of collaboration and enthusiasm.

300 users claim they never got the invite and now I have to find them and resend

Import Accounts/Companies (and their various properties)
I want to import a list of accounts/companies with their various properties (rather than passing them in via the API) and connect them to users.

remember email selection when doing a merge/updating status/etc
Remember the previously selected email address per option for an admin. So I do not always have to select my option when doing an item that will notify subscribers.

View content of messages sent to subscribers
After I send a message to subscribers, I am unable to see the content of the message I sent them to refer back to. I like using the ZenRep interface to do this to get analytics, however when following up I am disappointed that I cannot refer back to the text of my message.
